Ms.Rachel is the perfect trainer for our family! She turned what would be a stressful situation into an exciting adventure for Saint and us! So considerate and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to keep us updated on his progress! We are so grateful for her and proud of our Saint!

I took Cinnamon to Behavior Boss for a 4 day teach and train. I rescued Cinnamon from a shelter and had never been around other dogs, so we did a meet and greet first with her dogs. Rachel knew exactly how to acclimate Cinnamon with her dogs. She made new friends very fast. Cinnamon had a bad habit of jumping on people and nipping at them. She also was very fearful of getting in my truck. These were things I wanted Rachel to work on. On the 4th day when I picked her up... she wasn't the same dog. She did not jump on me when I got there. She was very calm. She learned to sit, come, stay, down, and get in my truck!! Rachel is a miracle worker. She gave me so many pointers about continuing the commands at home. Rachel has already called twice to make sure the training is going well.. and no setbacks!!
